The mission of S.M.A.R.T. Training is to help athletes of all ages and skill levels realize their performance goals. The S.M.A.R.T. Training is comprised of experts in fields such as speed and agility mechanics, Olympic weightlifting, core development, conditioning, sport analysis, nutrition, and mental skills. Regardless of previous training history, fitness level, or personal goals, S.M.A.R.T. Training will develop a program that meets your explicit needs.

Programs are based each individual athlete, which truly makes them S.M.A.R.T.

Specific

Programs are designed for each individual athlete based on their specific needs. These needs are identified during a preliminary meeting and assessment. Programs are developed based on each athlete’s age, sport, skill level, experience, time of year, and individual body mechanics. The test and assessment identifies gross body mobility, body composition, strength and conditioning levels, along with performance tests that are relevant to the athlete’s sport.

Meaningful

During the preliminary interview, the S.M.A.R.T. Training Director will guide each athlete through a goal setting roadmap. This is an integral part of the S.M.A.R.T. Training program, outlining ultimate goals for the training and the process to achieving those goals. It is the personal goals and the individual explicit needs that define each athlete’s training program.

Adjustable

S.M.A.R.T. Training is flexible, not only in scheduling but also training modalities and settings. Depending on the program, S.M.A.R.T. Training can consist of private, group, or team training. It can be held outdoors, at the beach, in a gym, or other locations. The modes of training are also adjustable based on skill level and individual differences. S.M.A.R.T. Training coaches employ a variety of training methods, from body weight strength exercises, Olympic lifting, plyometrics, cardiovascular training, and specialized movement technique. The different training tools are determined by each athlete’s goals and demands.

S.M.A.R.T. Training will deliver results in a timely fashion. Programs generally last 4-8 weeks, however, S.M.A.R.T. Training inspires a commitment to life-long training that adapts as each athlete grows and matures.
